Cancel, Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our jewelry, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is any issue with your purchase.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Made-to-order or customized items.
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Please note that slight variations, irregularities, or individual differences are part of the artistic and handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.
For approved cases involving defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their country.
