Shipping Policy

For products that are in stock, orders will be processed for shipment within 3-5 days. However, please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be processed unless special instructions are provided.

Shipping Rates:

If your order does not meet the above thresholds, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or International ePacket to the address you specify. However, depending on your country, region, the weight, and size of your order, we may use other shipping methods.

Orders generally take 1-2 weeks to arrive. However, due to weather, seasonal demand, postal circumstances, or other factors, it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified of your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We take great care in packaging your items, but in rare cases, damages may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is any visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse the package and inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery carrier to ensure there is no damage to the products inside.

Taxes for International Orders

For international transactions, your order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and consumption taxes upon import.

We ship all international orders using DDU* (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Therefore, VAT, customs duties, consumption taxes, or any other unforeseen charges, such as brokerage fees, are not included in the price at checkout.

If any additional fees are required to clear your item through customs, you will be responsible for paying them. For more detailed information regarding the import of your order, please contact your local customs office.
